Responding to Your Request
We will try to respond to your request within 45 days. If we need more time, we will contact you with the reason we need more time and the extension period. You have the right to appeal our refusal to take action on a rights request after receiving our decision by contacting us as directed in our appeal response or as detailed at the end of this Policy.
